Shipping + Handling

Domestic

Our goal at Shop Liliidae is to package your purchase as soon as possible. All orders are processed and packaged within our normal business hours. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process, package, and ship your purchase.

Once your package is in the mail, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your shipment is on it’s way to you. There will be a tracking number attached as well.

We currently ship with Canada Post and Purolator, and are only able to ship within Canada.

Shipping prices are subject to package size, weight, and which shipping company accept your shipment.

Pick-up Only Items

Some of our items are too large or too heavy to ship for a reasonable price. These items are marked as Pick-Up Only. These items can be purchased and paid for online, but will be held at the store and marked with a sold sign until you are able to come in and pick them up! They can be picked up during our regular business hours.

Local Pick-up

We love our local community, and if it works for you, choose Local Pick-Up and we will pack your order up and get it ready for pick-up. You will receive an email notifying you when your purchase is ready! You can come pick up your purchase during our regular business hours.
